Referral Reward System Terms and Conditions

 

1. Eligibility

 

• This Referral Reward System is open to our existing subscribers
• Referrals must be new subscribers who have not previously subscribed to our services.
• Referrals must sign up using the unique referral link provided by the referring subscriber.

 

2. Referral Rewards

 

Referring subscribers will earn a reward based on the subscription tier of the referred subscriber and the duration of their subscription.

 

The reward structure is as follows:

• 20% for M1 (up to 31 days)
• 15% for Q1 (32-93 days)
• 10% for H1 (94-186 days)
• 5% for Y1 (186-372 days)

 

Rewards will be paid out in respective currency and will be credited to the referring subscriber's account and will be available for transfer to their bank account after a month.

 

3. Referral Rewards for Referred Subscribers

 

Referred subscribers will receive a 20% cashback reward on their first year's subscription fee.

The cashback reward will be credited to the referred subscriber's account and will be available for transfer to their bank account after a month.

 

4. Revenue Share

 

Referring subscribers will also earn a revenue share based on the net revenue generated by the referred subscriber.

 

The revenue share structure is as follows:

 

• 10% for M1 (up to 31 days)
• 7.5% for Q1 (32-93 days)
• 5% for H1 (94-186 days)
• 2.5% for Y1 (186-372 days)

 

Revenue share will be calculated based on the net revenue generated by the referred subscriber's subscription.

 

Revenue share will be paid out in respective currency and will be credited to the referring subscriber's account and will be available for transfer to their bank account after a month.

 

5. General Terms

 

i2u.ai reserves the right to modify or terminate this Referral Reward System at any time.
